  • Sessions:

Self Defense for the Code Enforcement Officer:  This session was specifically developed for the code enforcement officer with little to no self-defense or martial arts training.   Trained in hand to hand, Krav Maga, and Israeli military fighting techniques, Imri Morgenstern will demonstrate and teach practical “empty hand” control and self- defense “real world” techniques that you can easily practice on your own.  This “no sweat, no rolling on the ground” class will boost your confidence and ability to help yourself in bad situations. Don’t forget to bring your Pro-Tec key for a refresher!

A.W.A.R.E. (Adaptive Wellness and Resiliency Evaluation):  Renowned trainer and psychologist Dr. John Nicoletti returns with tools to strengthen your resiliency and prevent stress related issues that adversely affect your mental and physical well-being.   Learn the Ten Domains of Wellness in this session specifically designed for first responders and people in high stress occupations.
