Laughter can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression!  A good laugh can also strengthen your immune system, and diminish pain...well, maybe unless you laugh till your belly hurts!

On a perfect day in March, 2009, with the temperature hovering near -40° Fahrenheit, John Huston and Tyler Fish stepped off the North American continent and onto the frozen, jumbled surface of the Arctic Ocean.  Hear their inspiring story and the lessons learned of optimism, endurance, friendship, and survival.
